Quick Lentil Curry recipe i have been enjoying for a while now, like making up batches so i can use as a toast/sandwich filler etc.

Is that it? Hard worth even calling it a curry.

What about chillis, tamrind, coconut milk, coriander etc etc...

That was actually meant to say curry powder lol, was just meant to be a quick curry recipe and i found 2 teaspoons of curry powder sufficed, not having to get out 10 different spices.

You can add any of your own spices though.

Haha yeah i should have called it the lazy mans curry.

Those curry pastes are win, there sauces not soo much if i remember compared to their pastes.
