when you say 132.kg log is that actually equal to your 130kg log pb or is it 135kg that you think is 132.5kg but would be a new pb?

lol thanks man.

Happy to get a PB out of the blue like that :)

Havent been pushing myself with squats in long time - but it seems to work anyway if you focus on good powerful reps, even if the weight is not max.

FINLANDS STRONGEST MAN EVENTS ANNOUNCED!!!

However, no actual weights announced yet, or what are the qualifying events and what are the events for the final 8 (my goal being in that crew...):

Car deadlift, normal bar grip
Viking press
Sack loading or carry
Medley - wheelbarrow load and push
medley - Power stairs and tyre (two weights up the stairs + tyre flip)
Stones

so in all, three loading type events?

suits me i reckon?!?

just worked to a single with 105 axle and 3x102 and 5x102 push press log and nothing more was in there.

one of those days, take it to8 the chin and onwards.

Today:

worked with damo the fellow older generation strongman, dungeon legends present to looking strong.

squat
10x20
5x70
1x120
1x150

deads
5x70
1x120
1x170
1x210
1x230
1x230

ass injury bothered, so left it there

stiff leg deads
5x70
1x120
1x170
1x190
1x200
1x210
1x220
5x200

now that felt good!

18 inch deads, using tyres
1x180
1x210
1x250
1x290
1x290

raised to 20 inch
1x300
1x310
1x320

outside to the snow

farmers, cylinder bullshit farmers, my nemesis
40m x 92kg
20m x 122kg

122 is the most i have done with those thin handle farmers, felt good.
