I didn't think I was going to manage 5x5 on shoulder presses today so I'm quite chuffed that I did. Need to remember to warm up on deadlifts more. That third plank so would have been 60s but I had to sneeze. planks were with my feet over a foam roller so my weight was on my shins and push ups were cross legged.

thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I can sort of wiggle my big toe now so hopefully it'll fix itself fairly quick
