I've been floating around these forums for a while now, gleaning info about veganism and overall fitness.
I've been vegan for over 2 years (3 years this march) and am trying to focus more on the health aspect of veganism and not just the ethics and activism.
I'm trying to hit 82kg from my present 72kg so I'm sure you'll see me at the bulkers corner in shock of how many calories I'm eating!
