back is almost 100%, some minor flaring up every now and then. lifted mostly without a belt this week, felt OK. it looks like i'm evolving towards a kind of ABA BAB workout scheme, split by those things that hit my lower back (RDL, OHP, swings) versus those things that don't so much (FS, rows, pull-ups). seems like i'm making progress, so i'll keep at it for a few months and see where it goes.
