My squat and bench may have to be set back to something.
I just found out that my barbell at home only weighs between 15 kg and 18 kg, which is pretty depressing because I know I could have squatted a real 160 kg in the nationals and I know I could have benched 100 tng in the Europeans because I pause-benched 95 but I dropped 5 kg now, so I won´t make that right anytime soon.
Will tell you how much it really is as soon as I know (and will weigh my plates, too. never buy eco line, guys!)
The deadlift was done in an IPF competition, so at least that is a real pb.
