Their packaging states 'contains milk', but no milk in the ingredients. I got this email:
Thank you for contacting us about our Dark Chocolate Chunkie Cookies. Fox’s Biscuits has a very long tradition of baking high quality products and we are proud of our quality standards.
The chocolate chunks may contain traces of milk protein so that is why we put the warning on the packaging. In addition, the product is made in a factory, which uses dairy ingredients.

would be interested to know why they chose 'contains milk' rather than 'may contain'... EDIT: I have already emailed them to ask.. but no reply. Find it a bit suspect, like maybe they don't clean it off on purpose or something, I dunno. Unlikely though. Anyway people can make up their own mind
