Baxters vegan products

Baxters Vegetable and Chilli Microwaveable bowl meal is labelled as vegan. I tried one and it was decent. Good with nutritional yeast flakes sprinkled on top.

Their Sweet Potato and Chana Lentil Dahl With Chickpeas deli bowl soup is also vegan. I threw some marinated tofu in this to turn it into a stew.

Cool!-will check them out! Don't think there Soups are vegan,-are they?? Most damn tinned soups seem to have either milk or milk powder in the ingrediants. So far I've found the Heinz lentil soup is the exception (i.e. Vegan) and got a couple of Morrissons own label tinned soups today that are both vegan- country vegetable and vegetable.

They have a few that are and have labelled them so on the front for a good few years, you are missing out! Look at the "Vegetarian Range" - Carrot and butterbean is very nice, a couple of others and I think one or two in the "Healthy Range".
Look for the green circle on the front of the label!!
