And the award for most expensive protein powder goes to...
You realise that for £2 you could just buy a builders bar?
Like I said (you conveniently cut out what the * is for in your quote), I haven't been paying £2 per serving because that's an estimate based on the 1kg size. I've been buying the 5lb size, which works out to a bit over £1 per serving, but I didn't put that in the review because as far as I can tell it's no longer available in the UK at that size/per serving price.
I'm gonna search around for the bigger container. If I can't find it, then I'm not sure what I'll do. But I really can't stomach most powders (and my partner refuses to use many of them) even when they are mixed in our smoothies with all sorts of fruit, so it's worth paying a bit more for something we will actually use. Also, we each have no more than 5 servings per week, so a 5lb tub lasts the two of us close to 2 months. We don't use as much as many of you all do, so it's not as big an expense for us. The 5lb tub works out to around £30 per month for two people, or £15 each per month.
