A better description would be "Spiced Bread Figures".

Also the fact you ate 10 of them shows an unthinking bias to the decimal system, which is based on an assumption of a full, and standard, set of digits. This is offensive to me, as I do not have 10.

To remedy this I suggest you eat another spiced bread figure and think a little more deeply about your obvious prejudices.

Do you eat tofu, or tempeh, or seitan?

Beans as well. Protein is so easy to get lots of.

Quinoa is a good quality protein source but yeah, you'd need a lot of it if that's your main source!

This one I've tried, it's good: http://tofufortwo.net/2008/02/29/tempeh-lasagne-with-cashew-cream-sauce/

Also made above but used seitan instead, worked just as well.

Yeah, sure a lot of beans and seitan. Not too much tofu/tempeh, once a week or less. I've just realized that I know a lot of different recipes of soups, salads and things like that but not too many ways for other things like adzuki or amaranth... I manage, but I need more practice in organising high-protein and variated meals, this forum is being useful though.

I don't know if where you live you have any asian grocery stores, but if you do, they usually always have cheap(er) tofu than what you can get in supermarkets. I usually buy in bulk when I can because it can get quite expensive otherwise.

Adding ground nuts/seeds into sauces that you use for your beans or grains is another simple way of adding easy protein and calories.

Also, depending on your stance on not eating wholefoods, adding the odd bit of junk food everynow and then is a very easy and tasty way of bumping up calories to help you meet your macros.

@Talyn, thanks for the tips!

Not sure if they count as junk food by VF standards, but I just bought my first pack of Wheetabix (aka wheat sawdust) inspired by this thread.

A vegetarian pizza place opened up in my city, but it is one of those organic health food light diet fat-free whole grain expensive places, all I want is a pizza like the one in the pic... But with a damn thick crust, almost deep dish...

Really struggling to hit the 110 mark,

My main issue with eating enough is having the discipline to stop what Im doing and going and making something to eat.

So the strategy is changing from now on. Sunday is going to be meal prep day.

I am going to pre-make 20-30 meals and stick em in the fridge for each and every week.

No excuses.
