I will probably (pending confirmation from organisers) do a cookery demo at this, called "Fun with Tofu" that will feature luxury home-made sosages, marinated tofu steaks, cheesecake and stir-fry.

This was a very busy event. The space for the cookery demo was very cramped, so I just did marinated tofu steaks and wheat-free tofu and walnut luxury sosages. They all got eaten and enjoyed.
