I took a long walk this morning and did some rope and shadow box and was down to 74,1 kilo. So I have no problem with weight

I lost the fight but I´m very happy anyway. I didn´t preform my absolute bestand the opponent was south paw so I had trouble with his style. He kind of rushed me with a over hand right several times and I have trouble with boxers who forces me to go back.

The forst round was quite even, the second was his without a doubt. I didn't really do anything. The last round I understood his fighting better so I could duck his punches but I was to tired to win. It was a good hard fight and I'm super happy even though I didn't win.

It was amazing! I haven't seen the video yet but I friend of mine filmed it so its on its way.

Today I had a lousy boxing session. Legs still dead and I've slept bad the last nights so I had no enegry and no focus.
