boxing 90 min. My arms and shoulders died a little of fatigue. Not used to it. Ok session besides that.

90 min boxing. Felt better today though some serious DOMS. My arms are very heavy now but I did pretty good in sparring I think.

60 min boxing 30 min strenght/conditioning

Felt good today again but my body still hurts a lot. The coach didn't mention anything about the fight next weekend so I suppose I won't fight then. It would've been fun though.

so is it either or, if you nail boxing no strength training at all?

Or just a temporary focus?

A temporary focus before fights I guess. I still like strenght training to much.

sparring today 3x3 min not too hard but I fought a gut from another club. Conditing was ok but he hit hard. Lost my breath by a left hook to the body, and he was a bit better than me but I'm quite satisfied anyway.

Went to lunch traning at the boxing club and by coincidence the head trainer was there and told me I have a fight in two days. Shit! SHIT! I'm excited. So now I got to loose two kilo until saturday morning.
