sparring today 3x3 min not too hard but I fought a gut from another club. Conditing was ok but he hit hard. Lost my breath by a left hook to the body, and he was a bit better than me but I'm quite satisfied anyway.
Went to lunch traning at the boxing club and by coincidence the head trainer was there and told me I have a fight in two days. Shit! SHIT! I'm excited. So now I got to loose two kilo until saturday morning.
