db lat raises - 1x10 followed by 3 sets of machine lat raises
scarecrows - 2x10
21s - 1x60lb then a set of 19s@60lbs
rear delt flyes - 4x10
hammer strength shrugs - 3x10x100kg
calf raises - 4x10
machine zottman curls - 3x10

I started the velocity diet a few days ago weighing in at 96kg. Hope to see some abs by the end of it.

Will still have a few weeks of warm weather post-diet ;)

Mid to low 80s would be good, enough to start seeing abs I hope.
