Seated db press - 22.5kg x 10/9/6

Felt a bit low on fuel today, was at dohertys in dandenong. not a bad gym, they have a good range of strongman stuff in a dedicated strongman area which is pretty cool, anyone can use it and the gyms open 24/7. Alot cheaper than the place I was training at in frankston also.

Dandenong doherty's is a great gym. I used to do strongman training there back when I wasn't broken.

26-1-12 (morning weighin - 107.5kg)

Squat - 10xbar, 5x70, 3x110, 2x140, 1x170 pb, 1x170, 1x140

Hanging leg raise - 3x10
Seated leg curl - 10x110lbs, 10x130lbs, 10x150lbs
Pullups - 1x5

Back was a bit sore today so thought I would give it a rest from the 5x5 and work up to some singles..
First go at 170 was comfy, second go at it was more of an awareness rep, LOL.. checking everything was good and proper.

First time on the Leg press, interesting bit of machinery. Good for days whnen you have a sore back I spose.
Other than that may throw it in as an assistance exercise every now and then.
