Sorry, I probably should have left an update on my situation.

A few months ago I was given 4 weeks to leave the house by my parents after a long series of heated and rather upsetting arguments.

Whilst I have now completely moved out, I haven't felt the motivation (and for a while, the time and energy, as I was temping at lush for Christmas) to work out. However, I now have secured a position at my local Wetherspoons (although I have no intention of letting them know I'm vegan, at least, not for a while) and that requires a lot of plate lifting etc. Once I'm used to that I might pick this thread up again.
