I have decided to start count calories in order to loose some unnecessary fat. I have never given calories a thought until now, that's why I'm such a newbie at this. Feel free to suggest already existing thread if there is one or other page.
Anyway, I feel really unsure about how many calories i need?
Woman 23 years old.
Until now my exercise have been capoeira 3 times/week plus some weight-training. But now I will train capoeira (1,5 h) 4-5 times/week (just because it's so much fun) plus weight-training at the gym 2-3 times/week. Thinking about do some HIIT as well since I understand that is a real fat-burner. (Though perhaps I will overtrain myself..?)
Any clues about how many calories I would need? Don't care about my weight just want to reduce my waist size.
