Hi there everyone.
I look forward to some great pointers, tips and shares. I am 34 year old female, lacto-ovo vegetarian since 18 years old. I decided that I did not wish to feel so "cheesed down", and that i was getting more and more grossed out each year with eating animal products, so it was time to do the right thing and get my vegan on. So far, so good. I am new at it though and feeling like i would really like to get away from so many carbs and work toward more protein and less processed foods. Baby steps....
