I recently got into running, and I've made a fair bit of progress considering where I started, and I'd hate for it all to be undone just because I hurt my toe. Basically, I got a nasty gash on the pad of my big toe and I can't even walk normally at the moment.
So my question is, can I keep running on it when it stops hurting so much or would it probably just make it worse? And what would be the best exercise to do in the meantime to keep up endurance?
