I've been vegan for 7 years and am really starting to get serious about my fitness. Aside from a half marathon in April this year, I'm not training for anything in particular - I just want to be, mentally and physically, the best version of me that I can be
I love running and usually run every morning and am about to get back into weight training after taking a year long break (didn't pump any iron as I was getting resistance training with my sports clubs). Prior to that, I'd been going to the gym for 6yrs, on and off.
