Next year the world´s will take place in Berlin. I hope you´ll all participate to create some more competition and some more vegan champions

What other kind of squat is there, specially for an olympic lifter, it should be deep!
2 pbs you cant want more than that for a comp, well done. Berlin I hear is awesome for vegans.

hey thats powerlifting for you though, why on earth would there be another federation sounds just stupid - maybe some guy didnt get a medal so they decided to create another international federation I dont think i know many powerlifters who are not, or have not been, world champions at some point...

Like the WPC/WPO worlds now in latvia, 100+ lifters in raw category and maybe 8 of them will go home without a medal!

Do you know why they set up this yet another federation? There are two tested and i think at least three untested international powerlifting federations already.

Yesterday I lifted in the London Powerlifting championships.

Came first in the 66kg class

Squat was 132.5kg, bench was 75kg, deadlift was 170kg.

Now to work on getting the British qualifying total...

Just signed up for a comp on the 28th of January. Rather grandly named the BWL DORSET OPEN WEIGHTLIFTING CHAMPIONSHIPS
It's not a big comp and I am not expecting any huge improvements. Other than this time I will open light and NOT BOMB ON THE JERK!
Should be easy comp PB's actually.

Southern Masters @ Bethnal Green on Feb 18th. Plan is to not nearly bomb on the snatch and not have to do some ridiculous glory lifting again. Moving house 9 days before, so not an ideal build up, but planning to have my garage setup semi operational by the Monday before so I can at least work up to openers.
