I want to weigh 70kg. I go between 62 and 64 just now but even taking it at 8 to gain 2/3 of a kg per month seems very do-able. So I'd like to do it as quick as I can then manage to keep it there. I've no real idea what realistic numbers for lifts are so them going up fairly consistently will do.

I think this could be the year of the BW bench press. :)

2 BW deadlift (probably) and 1,5 BW squat (unlikely)...

At 120BW and if your shooting for 250kg DL then 185kg squat seems tame.

120 very doable, thats only around 1kg gain each month.

+30kg a piece for dead and squat, as I said I will gladly take anything above that with open arms.... :D

Just had confirmation from a 67 year old Polish coach that this will happen.

Also, realised that 165 frontie is a bit of a daft number, so I'll up that to 170 for 2xBW. Good quality crack available in Woking, good quality curry available in Leicester - how can I not front squat 170???

140kg frontie nailed, 1 out of 3 not so bad?

Bigger total.
Focus on Bench.

Not by a long shot, yes and definitely.

Got a bigger total at 13 kg less bw + finally looking jacked after all those years of training (still no abs though).
Goal is to reach 400 wilk's at IPF RAW nationals next year. Got from 295,7 to 267,1 in spring and 339,9 now, so it's possible.
Not entirely satisfied with my performance this year but not disappointed either. Got the system, all I need now is consistent ball busting training.
Current PBs:
195 kg SQ, 130 kg Bench, 245 kg DL, 200 kg SQ w/ wraps

Long Term Goals:
@ 75 kg: SQ - 252,5 kg, SQ w/ Wraps - 267,5 kg, DL - 307,5 kg, Total (w/ and w/o Wraps) - 710
@ 82,5 kg: SQ - 275 kg, SQ w/ Wraps - 277,5 kg, Total (w/ and w/o Wraps) - 772,5 kg

ah bullshit goals :D Interrupted by moving countries and setting up strengthshop.de...

i did squat 240, and all my strength lifts peaked in the early spring, and after that i have not done much, still about 10% down from the best i think...

next years goals will be modest!

Body weight strict press
140kg bench
200kg squat
227.5kg (500lb) dead
Look ripped.

Nope
Nope
Nope

Nope

Best progress is against the strict press.
Bench/deadlift has gone nearly nowhere
Squat is creeping up.
Looking less blubbery

Same targets next year?

Haha not even close to any of my goals.

Next year -

Squat 200 or more
Bench 100 for solid sets of 10
Get huge. 115 kg with abs.

No, yes and no.

Bench has even deteriorated so right now 1,5 bw squat seems more attainable.
