Resting is when you belayer takes in the slack and you hang shaking your arms out...

It feels good to be climbing again even if my standard has crashed...but hopefully a few months of regular climbing and I will be back in the game...

Yes, even though I'm only training twice per week...I just have to make sure that every session counts...it is probably a bit early for PB's...building up towards March being max out month...
