Cycling in Ghana, Togo and Benin

Postby _Andreas_ » Sun Jan 01, 2012 9:23 pm

Hey, my brother and I will be cycling through these countries for about 5 weeks and I was wondering if anyone had any relevant experience food wise.

My brother has been a couple of times, so we have a good idea already. I will carry quite a lot of food with me and will be able to get rice, beans, pasta, fruit some nuts etc. There will also be a few vegan friendly restaurants: Lebanese, Italian and Indian. My breakfast will be bananas covered in peanut butter :P

Should be a fun trip 8)

No advice but I have to say that sounds like a great adventure! :D
