So I am employing what some refer to as the needle method to provide a balance between reality and the sweet sweet crackpipe. Also both behavioral and outcome goals.

Squat 127kg
Deadlift 162kg
Bench 75kg

BEHAVIORAL GOALS (idea of 30 days is to build a habit)
Sleep: 8 hours a day for 30 days.
Breakfast: start eating first meal earlier in the day. Eat Breakfast for 30 days in a row.
food prep: prep food right after getting up for 30 days straight.
OUTCOME GOALS Passing Grade Goal (aka Grade: C): plus 10kg on each lift
Squat 137KG
Deadlift 172kg
Bench: 85kg
Pass with some merit: (aka Grade: B): plus 20kg on each lift
Squat: 147kg
Deadlift 182kg
Bench 95kg
Crackpipe!!!!!!!!Qualify total for UK powerlifting nationals (either BDFPA or Scottish Powerlifting)
Bodyweight requirementsOnly bodyweight requirement (for grades C and B) is to improve CUs and PUs to 20 reps. Grades B and C don't include a weigh in requirement unlike Crackpipe goal.
