Hola from Spain

I have been chatting on another thread but thought I should make a short introduction.
I have been veggie for 1 year and vegan for 3 months, so still learning lots.
I live in Southern Spain, near Tarifa and Gibraltar.
I am a keen cyclist, road and mountain, though road riding does take up a lot of my time. I am also a keen trail and mountain runner.
I'm also a little obsessive about bugs too.

This has been a very helpful site so thanks for all the hard work.
