So I am employing what some refer to as the needle method to provide a balance between reality and the sweet sweet crackpipe. Also both behavioral and outcome goals.

Current lifts (ORMs in training)
Squat 127kg
Deadlift 162kg
Bench 75kg
edited to add current bw at 70kg

BEHAVIORAL GOALS (idea of 30 days is to build a habit)

Sleep: 8 hours a day for 30 days.

Breakfast: start eating first meal earlier in the day. Eat Breakfast for 30 days in a row.

food prep: prep food right after getting up for 30 days straight.

OUTCOME GOALS

Passing Grade Goal (aka Grade: C): plus 10kg on each lift
Squat 137KG
Deadlift 172kg
Bench: 85kg

Pass with some merit: (aka Grade: B): plus 20kg on each lift
Squat: 147kg
Deadlift 182kg
Bench 95kg

Crackpipe!!!!!!!!
Qualify total for UK powerlifting nationals (either BDFPA or Scottish Powerlifting)

Bodyweight requirements
Only bodyweight requirement (for grades C and B) is to improve CUs and PUs to 20 reps. Grades B and C don't include a weigh in requirement unlike Crackpipe goal.

Eat heaps, train hard, sleep long.

BW - 120kg

Also, would be nice to >
Squat - 185
Bench - 140
Deadlift - 250
M.Press - 100

.....and of course anything over the above will be accepted with open arms

Not crackpipe at all, you want it, lets see it!

At 120BW and if your shooting for 250kg DL then 185kg squat seems tame.

This is awesome goal, what total do you need?

Little worried that everyone replied to this thread so quickly, it's like you are all permanently on the crackpipe, sucking crazy numbers out of thin air without giving the required amount of thought, research and calculations to what will happen in 2012.

For me the year ahead looks good, no major breaks in training are foreseeable other than a brief ZA trip which will include training anyway.
Focus is now 100% olympic lifting if it is a decent year I should get 200kg total (175kg at the moment), 220kg if its a good year and 220+kg for a brilliant year.

Milestones along the way that I will be shooting for (probably in order)
- 140kg front squat (3 plates a side)
- get bodyweight up to 105kg (bodyweight is 98kg and very stable at the moment. Bit of creatine and some more calories and the mass should be flying up)
- bw snatch (crackpipe)

Feeling good about 2012, great gym and lots of people just above my level to chase.
