First session of the year, no training for 4 days, FTW how did that happen?
Forgot my note book at the gym, hope no one steals it! From what I can remember:
Behind Neck Power Jerk: 3x20kg, 3x40kg, 3x60kg, 3x70kg, 3x75kg, 3x80kg, 3x82.5kg // coach shout at me in the last set to lock out.
Clean Jerk: 3x3 warmup 20kg, 3x50kg, 3x60kg, 3x70kg, 3x80kg // cardio tastic, felt heavy after so many triples.
Snatch: 3x3 warmup 20kg, 3x30kg, 3x50kg, 3x53kg, 3x55kg, 1x60kg, F66kg, 1x66kg // went for 66kg to beat George by 1kg, next session he gets a 1kg advantage.
Squats: 3x60kg, 3x80kg, 3x100kg, 1x110kg, 1x120kg, F131kg (little crackpipe), 2x2 110kg // not bad actually
Snatch Pulls from mid thigh: 6x50kg, 6x60kg, 3x70kg, 3x80kg // near finished a Brian program, should have done some jumps but it was already 9 oclock.
Next comp 28th January, psyched.
