And then I won in the most unspectacular fashion.
Videos will follow.
The plan:
1) 700 kg total and 290 kg deadlift (IPF RAW Junior World Record)
2) 762,5 kg total and 277,5 kg squat (All-Time Drug Tested RAW World Record with Wraps)
3) 762,5 kg total and 275 kg squat (All-Time Drug Tested RAW World Record without Wraps)
4) 775 kg total (All-Time World Record Total, regardless of testing)

Finally I´m back on the internet.
Turns out it was just a matter of misplugging (is that a word?), which I did not cause btw.
In the last 3 months I managed to survive 4 comps, 1 more will follow next week.
I won´t log the stuff that is missing here, it is just too much. Also I won´t write comp reports.
Instead I´ll just insert all 5 videos (insha allah :p) and start logging with today´s workout:

Tons of shoulder warmup, cause that stupid joint is still fuckep up from the weightlifting comp.
Jerk from Blocks
4 x 40 kg
4 x 40 kg
4 x 50 kg
4 x 60 kg
2 x 70 kg
that´s it. too much pain.

Push Press
5 x 70 kg
3 x 80 kg
1 x 90 kg fail
1 x 90 kg PB
1 x 95 kg fail
1 x 95 kg PB
Felt better.

Deadlift
5 x 80 kg
3 x 110 kg
3 x 140 kg
2 x 160 kg (up to this point I was wearing my lokis with ~2 inch soles)
1 x 180 kg
1 x 190 kg
1 x 200 kg

First they complain about my grunting, then I lift a weight that no one else in that gym can lift and what do they say?
Your back was rounded.
LMFAO!
Those weightlifters will never truly understand powerlifting...

Btw, all my deadlifts are performed at max speed, so even if it seems like I have no training volume at all I just finished 6 sets that have a training effect. One of the things I learned from the big babyface.

Tomorrow I will deadlift again, I know I´m crazy but with only 1 real training before the comp I need to squeeze out every additional kg possible, if I really want to nail 210.
This will motivate me:

Hm, my logging hasn´t been that reliable lately.
Should make that right in 2012.

Here is my comp video of the German Deadlift Nationals where I won the bronze.

Hm. Yeah, our squat is the same now but 10 kg in the bench is a lot when you didn´t improve over an entire year.
Anyway, let´s just get stronger. Period.
And thanks for the carrot, will use it on refeed day lol.
