Finally I´m back on the internet.
Turns out it was just a matter of misplugging (is that a word?), which I did not cause btw.
In the last 3 months I managed to survive 4 comps, 1 more will follow next week.
I won´t log the stuff that is missing here, it is just too much. Also I won´t write comp reports.
Instead I´ll just insert all 5 videos (insha allah :p) and start logging with today´s workout:
Tons of shoulder warmup, cause that stupid joint is still fuckep up from the weightlifting comp.Jerk from Blocks

First they complain about my grunting, then I lift a weight that no one else in that gym can lift and what do they say?
Your back was rounded.
Those weightlifters will never truly understand powerlifting...
Btw, all my deadlifts are performed at max speed, so even if it seems like I have no training volume at all I just finished 6 sets that have a training effect. One of the things I learned from the big babyface.
Tomorrow I will deadlift again, I know I´m crazy but with only 1 real training before the comp I need to squeeze out every additional kg possible, if I really want to nail 210.
This will motivate me:
