Squat up from 122.5kg (270lb) to 158.8kg (350lb)
Deadlift up from 142kg (315lb) to 183kg (405lb).
Bench up from 77.1kg (170lb) to 100kg (225lb)
Bodyweight/fat: eh don't really care so long as i don't go past the 82.5kg/182lb class
feel free to ridicule but i figure it's better to set them too high than too low and they are possible. E.g deadlift (the biggest) is an increase of less than 2.5kg a week for the year

wow 2010 me had NO idea what was realistic
bear in mind squat form has changed such that I actually have some pro-perception now. Old Deadlift number was with frog stance so have overhauled that. Bench form is about the same i guess.
Squat
up from 122.5kg to 127kg now (has been higher during the year)
Bench
down from 77.1kg to 75kg (lifted at start of november 2011). Has been higher during the year also.
Deadlift
up from frog stance 142kg to 160kg conventional.
disappointing year. Certainly put in the hours in the gym but things such as moving, illness and injury have taken their toll. Will figure out how to deal with such stuff better. Having a place to deadlift at home should help.
targets for next year will be much more modest.
