Squat 170 Kg - No
Bench 115 Kg - Didnt. Even. Improve. Damn!
Snatch 90 Kg - Lacking technique
Clean & Jerk 110 Kg - No but possible on a good day
Atlas Stone ~120 Kg - Actually lost the ability to load 100
Circus Dumbbell 60 Kg - Didn´t try
Log Lift 110 Kg - No
Reasons? Once again I had all my gains in 3 months of the whole year and lost a hell lot of power in spring.
If I ever get this under control, stuff could happen. Let´s hope I do.
220 Deadlift could have been possible with less competitions (same goes for the squat).
Benchpress? From now on I just hate it. Period.
Oly Lifting? I already gpt the power but I lack technique. That´s why the difference in the snatch is 15 kg while in the c&j it is 5 kg. Sadly I have no opportunity to test my c&j because of "work" and the holidays.
