Small update just so my log don't get knocked down to page two:) No training for a week, tooth is out but it does not heal as fast as I thought. Every time I push harder than just walking or lift anything heavier than a grocery bag it hurts as hell and starts to pulsate. Getting the stitches out tomorrow so will see what the dentist has to say about it.

Ouch. Sounds like an involuntary cutting week? I got the closest to a six pack I've ever been when I had a wisdom tooth removed...

Yeah, the first few days was cutting deluxe. Then I got back into eating again :)

Was at the gym today did the prescribed rest week weights for squat and deadlift. It felt heavy and I did not like that. No problem with the mouth though so that was good. I then did 3x60 sec plank with 15kg which made me happier. Tomorrow will be the start of a new cycle.

Heavy is good, it is what makes you strong. Training looks good, hitting all the most important exercises.

It was 45kg :)

Today was deadlift morning session, thought I would be alone in the gym at eight o' clock in the morning but no.
warm-up

75x5
85x4
95x0

Lower back pain paid a visit in the third so I decided to try one more just to see....stupid. Have had problems with back from time to time and apparently has two discs in my spine that is stuck together. Will do the exercises that I'm supposed to do but haven't done for a long time  Only have myself to blame.

OH press
warm-up

30x5
32.5x5
37.5x5

Then a trip down to Malmö for pizza, carrotcake and lots of other goodies. Apart from the damage done to my back and my beach-body it was a good day :)

Home workout while cleaning the apartment. It was actually quite productive. Doing the dishes is boring->do push-ups. Push-ups is boring-> clean bathroom etc.

So:
100 jumping jacks
Plank 80 sec
Crunches 50, 50
Lunges 20
Jump squats 20
Push-ups 20, 10, 10, 15, 15, 10, 10, 10= 100

and also the exercises for my back.

5/3/1 week 2

Squat:
Warm-up with lots of stretching in between.

55x3
62.5x3
72.5x3 sneaky little PB!

Back is still not OK but squats worked. Just had to really focus on technique which isn't such a bad thing.

Well....technically I can lay on a beach. But training wise it's not looking good right now. Will resume full on in a bit. Good to get a push though.

Went to the gym yesterday to see what it looked like.

Squats up to 5x5 at 60, back felt fine.

Bench up to 5x5 at 40

Some plank and stretching for the back.

Don't feel like going back to 5/3/1 before SA so will just do squats, bench, OH press and random push-ups, plank and other stuff. Going to try some easy deadlifts on saturday but feel a bit afraid of them right now. Wish I could get back to trying to run but there are so much ice right now it is hard to even walk.

All in all, back in training and feel inspired.

Might be the only thing to do!

Squat every other day or so until then and se what happens. Great, now I have a plan again.
