Today was deadlift morning session, thought I would be alone in the gym at eight o' clock in the morning but no.
Lower back pain paid a visit in the third so I decided to try one more just to see....stupid. Have had problems with back from time to time and apparently has two discs in my spine that is stuck together. Will do the exercises that I'm supposed to do but haven't done for a long time
Only have myself to blame.
Then a trip down to Malmö for pizza, carrotcake and lots of other goodies. Apart from the damage done to my back and my beach-body it was a good day
