low box squats up to 5 x 130kg + chains then right shoulder flared up massively. Struggled through 3 x 10 x 95kg free squats and then aborted.
Think it might be a combination of underlying weakness (both shoulders were pretty inflamed this time last year) and arm wrestling my boss during a team building evening on Tuesday. I won, but at what price?
I'm sorry about your shoulder problem, but the cause of it is kind of funny... Maybe a peeing contest instead next time?
