edited to add: bw to 70kg and not worrying about food/alcohol/sleep overly till stomach is sorted. That is no1 priority. plan for next week is same food but in 6 meals not 3.

wrist continues to heal but stomach bloat has gotten really very bad. Think there is something physiologically wrong as I have ruled out most of the usual suspects in terms of food insensitivities. Seeing doctor on friday!
