the main reason is when i started powerlifting i bought a second hand squat suit that was several sizes too small and am only now just fitting into it several years later (that is my 'deadlifting suit' as well).. i'm still interested in lifting mostly raw but i do feel the call of the dark side :)30/6 (thurs)
back to it.. i'm competing bench only at nationals in a month (an earlier raw total qualified me for nationals three lift but the raw B grade is ridiculously lower than the equipped B grade so i figure my qualifying total doesn't make me strong enough to be the weakest guy there), so training a short bench cycle and a longer squat and deadlift cycle looking at a september comp..

deadlift.. 3x10 @ 120kg
lying twists.. 3x10 @ bw
pullups.. 3x10 @ bw
haven't really been sleeping so skipped out on ghr and situps4/7 (mon)
bench.. 6x3 @ 142.5kg
two board paused bench.. 3x5 @ 135kg
db incline press.. 3x6 @ 32.5kg
