Oh, right, I did 20 reps with 85 Kg at 83 Kg bw.
For the fitocracy quest such as Euphoric did ;)

28 lifters did the bodyweight challenge - not bad!

But the other one is even easier, why so few people trying it? Afraid of small numbers? Afraid of the cardio challenge?

Because I don´t want to die this young.
Besides I´m a weightlifter now, so everything with more than 7 reps is a waste of time (or supposed to build lats and abs).

so....did this today as part of a little comp....unfortunately my bodyweight up to 88.......but managed 40 reps!

plus weren't allowed to rest for more than 5 secs
