Does anyone have a sports physiotherapist in Edinburgh they would recommend especially one with experience with lifters? Injury is a dumbell bench press injury from two years ago.

I would go to FASIC (sports injury clinic at the pleasance) and ask who deals with the uni lifters... and go to them!
I do know a couple of good physios but they deal with swimming and rugby (and now roller derby) so probably not what you're going for...
PS I owe you a video... I suck, I am sorry.
