You are right Talyn, in a month I don't think I can lose more than 8 lbs without being miserable. So that will be my goal for this challenge and then I/we can keep going after that.
muchluv, I agree, a lot of uni work and dieting together sucks. Plus maybe the stress will raise your cortisol and make it even harder to lose (if that's how it works - I think I read that somewhere but maybe it's a myth). So yeah just come on in, in a couple of weeks!
mabli you look slender in your avatar already! But you know what is best for you, I'm happy to have you join, and you can help us beat the bulkers! I know it can be very difficult to stop eating something you are used to, like cake.
