Weighed 62.5 which is down a bit but I was rubbish last week so not a surprise
Bench Press: 30 5x5
Deadlift: 40 4
Squat: 30 2x5 35 3x5
10th Nov
Row 32 5x5
Shoulder Press 32 4 28 5x4
Squat: 45 5 40 4x5
The 32kg shoulder press was horrid, I could barely get them into position. The squats are all over the place because my mental maths is worse than I thought so next time will write down exactly what weights need to be on the bar. Otherwise the were really easy, apart from getting it back in the rack because I set it one too high and my shoulders really weren't liking lifting it up a few inches to get it in. But I was too lazy to take the weights off, get the bar off then lower it. My lower back was a bit annoyed at the start of the week so I left the 5th deadlift
