Anybody interested in doing some kind of fat loss group for a month or so? I am just trying to shed about 10-15 lbs, trying to lose fat and keep muscle. I could sure use the extra motivation of talking with some other people who are also trying to do this!
I know there are MANY other sites where people lose weight together, but since I'm vegan and not looking to drop weight at the expense of my health / running speed / strength / emotional health I thought this board might be great.
I expect my goal will take more than a month, but a month seems good for a start, then we can extend it if people find it useful.
We could report in once a week on progress, and check in for encouragement whenever, also.

lf this violates a rule / culture of the board, never mind and sorry! I looked to see if anyone did this here before and it seems it is only the strength trainers who have done this, sort of within other challenges?
