my back surgery healed up very nicely. and I have been lifting, AND enjoying the hell out of my Buzz Belt. 1.
i've been ridiculously busy with work that's been draining my energy. 2.
my left shoulder has been bugging me. 3.
have a minor lower back issue that sometimes makes certain lifts difficult.
basically i've managed to lift about 2 times a week for the past couple weeks. and lifted lighter than usual. sometimes skipping lifts that bug the aforementioned issues. and just not logging my days.
