in honesty, while the lifting is going pretty well. I've not been pushing for heavier. but just maintaining my numbers mostly and free-styling a bit. a lot of it has to do with ho my shoulder feels that particular day and how late i'm hitting the weights.
so hope that i can get back to some PBs in 2012....
