Gym has been closed since thursday, so no real training just some pull ups and goofing around

Thanksgiving dinner was quite shit as well. My mom wanted to go to this new asian buffet, so we did and it was the least vegan friendly asian restaurant I've ever been to. The only food in the place was steamed rice, fruit, lettuce and vegetable sushi rolls. So, I had like 20 sushi rolls, a big pile of rice and all the kiwis and peaches they had. Got a tasty tofu curry afterwards, so the night was not a total loss.

Left elbow wasn't liking it, so stopped just in case. Seems okay now, but after the whole situation with my shoulder, I'm being a bit of a pansy with that sort of thing. Shoulder is doing well though, just sometimes a bit sore when warming up, but it goes away. I'm thinking now It was bench pressing that was the problem maybe, and squat just made it worse, but really I have no idea.
