I tried 1RMs for the first time yesterday. Got 60kg BP, 110 squat and 90 deadlift. My back is properly sore, can feel it in my legs but my upper body feels totally fine so I suspect I could bench more. I weigh 62.5kg

I'd like in on this please. Male, hovering between 88-90kg.

Bench is weakest @ 80kg. I eat my own face off with shame.
Squat and deadlift make me happier at 140kg and 170kg respectively.

This would seem to place me at or around 71st place.

Edited to alter placing on table, now that I've remembered how to add numbers together.

Sort of, although 'program' makes me sound a lot more organised than I am. I'm not happy doing squats as I have no rack or spotter, and am not excited by the idea of doing dead lifts given that I have a problem with my hamstring. Bench is fun and going well, and fits in with the vague ideas of keeping active and putting some muscle on.
