Jiu Jitsu was the specific cardio thing. Other than that just 10 minutes fast bike after the lifting.

I don't measure my pulse, should I?

Anyway I decided to HTFU and did it in between the heavy sets and it was fine :)

should save a bit of time!
JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?

I just wondered if you felt you had to rest between sets because you were out of breath...
But I guess you just needed to HTFU a bit! :) I should also do 10 min cardio after lifting -
I've been meaning to but keep "forgetting" about it.

And here's today's effort:

Squat: Bar x 10. 50 kg x 5. 65 kg x 3. 70 kg, 3 x 3. 65 kg x 3. 50 kg x 10.

Chins in between squat sets: 5, 3, 3, 3, 2.

Superset with dumbells: 4 x 6 of bench 13,5 kg, triceps overhead extension 11 kg, shrugs 13,5 kg.

Back extension on medicinball: bw x 20.

Calf raise: bw x 20

Neck raise with hands on head: 20

Plank, sideplank.

Power box class 60 min with Cammo78.

We ate at Herman's "vegan Wednesday" buffet afterwards and I went a little crazy on the lasagna. :)

Thank you Rach! I suppose the benching was ok, after the other lifts. :)

I was out of town during the weekend and didn't really exercise unless you count
a 45 min walk. Have been battling a bug, didn't get sick but was quite tired today so
opted for a Body Balance class. Felt good. Some heavy lifting tomorrow hopefully!

Was in a rush today and tried to be efficient.

Started with a combination of bent over row, clean, front squat and push press: 5 x bar then 5 x 5 with 30 kg.

SL deadlift: 60 kg, 3 x 8.

Pullover with 10 kg plate: 3 x 8.

Neck raise x 20.

"Press ups" with straight arms: 2 x 10.

Regular press ups x 20.

Done in 30 min and had fun. :) I think I do my best workouts when I'm in a hurry.
