Took a Body Jam class today and did a little lifting afterwards.
Deadlift: 75 kg, 5 x 5.
Bench press: Bar x 8. 40 kg x 10, 10, 8.
Moderators: hardcore iv, fredrikw, JP, Rochellita, bronco

Anyway I decided to HTFU and did it in between the heavy sets and it was fine
should save a bit of time!
