So how we going to do this table then?
Does it make any difference if its over a piece of string or onto a box?

I was feeling very good about my box jumps until I read that hurdles are 108cm high, which is pretty respectable.

Hey! my weight is 74 (not 55..) Also I think length is more important then weight. 180cm

That is very interesting point actually, hadn't thought about height so much, will add it to the table

should also note that you were raw for few weeks, that should have shaven 10% of your leap strength.

i shall open with 42 inches = 106.68 centimeters

height 185

my excuse being that the things i jump on hurt like fuck if you miss it and i am not a brave man :D

Highest I've done is 3ft (91.44cm) for a set of 10 lol. Was at 86kg bodyweight. My height = 182cm
was there a time we weren't at war; when we knew what our hearts and hands were for?
