Anyway I decided to HTFU and did it in between the heavy sets and it was fine
should save a bit of time!
I just wondered if you felt you had to rest between sets because you were out of breath...
But I guess you just needed to HTFU a bit!
I should also do 10 min cardio after lifting -
I've been meaning to but keep "forgetting" about it.
And here's today's effort:
Squat: Bar x 10. 50 kg x 5. 65 kg x 3. 70 kg, 3 x 3. 65 kg x 3. 50 kg x 10.
Chins in between squat sets: 5, 3, 3, 3, 2.
Superset with dumbells: 4 x 6 of bench 13,5 kg, triceps overhead extension 11 kg, shrugs 13,5 kg.
Back extension on medicinball: bw x 20.
Calf raise: bw x 20
Neck raise with hands on head: 20
