i feel dirty if i skip squats. But I'm currently battling squat depth right now. need another inch or 2.
that clip is pretty wild.
1st: barely room for the bar clips at the ends.
2nd: no one iseven worrying about spotting him.
3rd: check his shins out. that's what Baldy means by "smash the bar more into your shins"
