That's a really good idea, to have a supermarket guide instead of just restaurants.
I actually just went to Germany for family reasons. We were in a supermarket in a small town in the middle of nowhere. The supermarket was big, but not the kind of place I would expect to find a lot of options due to its location. I was surprised by how much stuff they had! I knew Berlin was great, but didn't realise how widespread it was in Germany.

It is similar here in the US. When I went vegan almost 20 years ago only the biggest grocery stores would have even a few vegan friendly items, maybe 1 kind of tofu & a couple of shelf stable soy milks. Now most grocery stores have many vegan & natural food products - sometimes even whole sections of the store!
