someone, not a vegan or anything, who knows him from other forums, non vegan lifting forums, told me that this guy has gone vegan but his guess is that he will cave in within 3 months and start ranting on about something else - guess he was right

Meh, for every future McDonalds-eating lawyer driving an SUV which he had 'no choice' to buy because his wife's just had their third, who tried veganism for a week in college because some hot girl he knew went on protest marches and he figured it would also subvert that evil, comfortable, desk-bound, white-collar destiny his parents worked hard their whole lives to to try and provide for him, who, frustrated by his inability to change the world on his own, having assumed with utter hubris that he ought to have been able to, alluded to suicide online because he presumably took it for granted that the world owed him something awesome and it turned out he was probably not going to get it...



...for every one of those, there's someone who gives a damn about more than themselves.
