I am not even close to x2.5 bw squat. I'd be very happy if I could hit 2 x bw in my upcoming comp, though.
My DL is the lift that has frustrated me the most since I started cutting weight. However Lordmuppet you prompted me to check what my bw vs DL drop was.. and it's actually gone up![]()
185kg @ 81kg = x2.28
165kg @ 66kg = x2.50
I still miss being able to pull that much, mind you. le sigh.
