Is anyone into making homemade tahini? I'm still trying different recipes (basically changing the type of oil) but some of the results has been quite good.
I like the bitter taste of the dark tahini, but I guess it's supposed to be used in small amounts while cooking, not to be spread over toasts like peanut butter and stuff like that.
I accidentally replaced all of my blood with coffee.
